Cindy Moreno Director of Forward Planning

Cindy started working with JTS when there were only three other employees. Now she utilizes her strong talents conducting internal feasibility studies for future neighborhoods, which entails developing community guidelines, overseeing plot plan production, pre-subdivision planning, land/product mix viability, permitting, and public report processing.
