Larry Carter JTS Communities Partner

Larry and Jack Sweigart met in the 1970s and formed J & L properties, now operating as JTS Communities. A longtime friend and business partner of Jack's, Larry now co-directs JTS from behind the scenes. While he's no longer involved in the day-to-day operations, he maintains an essential role in land acquisitions and financing.
