Rob Aragon Director of Community Planning and Entitlements

Rob spent 22 years becoming a real estate development and entitlements guru before joining JTS in 2004. He analyzes each potential purchase, from entitlement and infrastructure to the environment, and is responsible for due diligence and feasibility analysis. After the purchase, Rob delivers entitlements to move construction forward and designs all maps.
